Progress Residental didn’t mess up when they hired Rick!! He was so so patient with me when I got held up at a parent teacher conference. He waited for me to get there and was friendly and so kind all while addressing and fixing the issues with the house!!

I had an amazing experience. I was very pleased with Me. Rick. I have been having issues with my door locking properly and I was hoping it was something that could be fixed immediately. He came, explained what he needed to do and everything worked good as new when me left. I was very hesitant about renting, but Progress has great employees. His customer service was amazing and I would truly recommend Mr. Rick to anyone !!

Mr. Rick stopped by and fixed a handful of problems for me in great time. He came in very professional and polite as well. I felt like I was talking to an Uncle or family member. We all need a working toilet but things happen. I put in a maintenance request order I spoke with a representative she was very polite and knowledgeable she informed me they would get right to it ….

If I could give 10 ⭐️ stars I would for Mr.Rick .. he showed up and represented well for Progress Residential he made me well aware of the issue he was very professional extremely polite I can’t thank him enough for getting the job done in a timely manner I’m grateful to have met him I will like to brag about him he reminded me of my dad and made me feel like my

I was having trouble with my garage, Me. Rick was awesome!! He fixed the problem, explained everything as he went a long with the repair. Upon completion he made sure everything was good. Very friendly, professional and kind.
