Our previous propriety management company was less than to be desired. Many times, emails and messages were ghosted.

First issue at our home was a missing key to the pool house, the previous management company took weeks to respond and asked for a crazy amount for a replacement key!

Enter Progressive, from my first interaction with this issue was with Veronica through email she was always quick and very courteous! Lilly at the front office was also very friendly and quickly helped resolve the issue. Very happy as a costumer with Progressive!!
