I’m putting this review to help people avoid dealing with this property management company. I’m posting this review as this is what I wish I had seen before I start working with Prolink.

First of all, one of the agents is extremely rude and continuously harassed us, despite the fact that we followed the lease. This was very stressful for when we were already busy with our life.

As a landlord myself, I would never hire this agent.

1) Their practices contribute to the real estate listed by them renting for a lower price and having more time on the market.

2) I think our landlord got extremely lucky that we were good tenants. Other tenants constantly harassed by the agent might damage the property, and as a landlord, I wouldn’t want to risk it. One agent always thinks she’s right, and her attitude towards tenants is unacceptable.

Through our communication with Prolink, I would not be surprised if the company replies to this review with a 1 page long “essay”, naming me unprofessionally and attempting to discredit my candid review.

Honestly, I wouldn’t bother writing this review when I already got my deposit back, but again, I wish someone posted this before I rented with them. I would have also taken the property management to court on principle if I didn’t move out of state; that is how bad it was.

If you decide to hire them/rent with them, prepare to get treated poorly in every single simple communication after you sign the lease.

I rented a condo through Prolink Realty for nearly two years. Prolink staff were always responsive and courteous to my requests. When things needed repairs their service was prompt and professional. When I needed to move before my lease was up, Mickey worked with me to arrange for a new tenant to take over my current lease. This timeframe was during the pandemic and I couldn’t find a professional cleaning service in short notice therefore Prolink allowed me to clean since I had my own cleaning service in the past. I received my deposit refund. Thank you Mickey and entire staff for being there for me when times were tough!

Prolink Realty makes renting painful for tenants. I’ve been a tenant at several properties, and my experience as a tenant with Prolink Realty was by far the worst one I’ve had. Several things Prolink Realty did bothered me. The most annoying was how difficult the move out process was. Prolink Realty needlessly added stress and friction to our move. We were good tenants (we always paid rent early, we kept good care of the place, we adhered to the lease, we were quiet, etc.). Prolink Realty treated us like problematic tenants throughout the move out process. Prolink Realty disappointed us in other ways (with minor mistakes in the lease documents and rude responses to simple requests while we were tenants), but the unkind and unprofessional treatment we received at the end of our lease was unacceptable. I strongly discourage potential tenants from working with Prolink Realty. I also advise landlords to find another property management company; a management company that upsets and frustrates tenants unnecessarily is less than ideal and could even create problems for you.

I have nothing but good things to say about Prolink. They are professional, attentive, and everyone I’ve communicated with is so nice. Building was kept clean and tidy, and I never had any issues. Definitely recommend renting from them if you have the chance!
