Promax Property Management company deserves 10 stars, but since the highest I can go is 5, then I guess this will do. I have been dealing with this property management company for almost 3 years, and I've never been let down, not once. Any inconvenience I've ever had, they were there to maintain a smooth and speedy solution. They are flexible, reasonable, fair, and most importantly, customer friendly/polite. It's so hard to maintain consistency, but they are able to do it with ease. Lastly, if you have Rachel Gresham as your property manager, you WILL have peace of mind throughout any situation. Great company and great people for sure.

I have been a customer of Promax for nearly a year and I have found them to be a responsive, honest and professional organization. They handled our closing efficiently and every time we have had an issue which required a quick response they have delivered. I have always thought of these big property management firms to be large faceless entities but Promax is just the opposite. I give them 5 stars and would happily recommend their services to anyone.

We rented through Promax from September of 2022 to March 2024 and the entire experience was wonderful. Ron and his team, especially Carmela, were always extremely helpful in getting us the support we needed as renters. We had an unfortunate situation with flooding occur in the beginning of the year, due to extreme rain, and Ron and his team were on it and immediately worked with us and the owners to rectify the situation. If we ever found ourselves renting from Promax again, we would feel extremely comfortable with them on our sides.

I rented one of the properties that Promax managed (5512 Jowett CT, Alexandria), and I had a dispute with the home owner about returning my security deposit after living in the house for about 4 years. Promax owner, Ron, was abled to stepped in, and out of his pocket settled the dispute with a fair resolution. Carmela is a superb Property Manager with the Red Team. She is very professional and provided prompt responses to all my work requests. Would have given the Promax a 5-Star review if they have had full control on work requests/repairs for the properties they managed. They need authorization and approval from Home Owners before dispaching maintenance personnel for home repair requests which in some cases will cause delays on timely repairs. Great team - I will do business with Promax again, and I will recommend them to my firends and family looking for House rentals in Washington DMV area!!

Wonderful home, loved living here. Promax management company was professional and easy to work with, and the front office staff were friendly and helpful. Rachel Gresham (Property Manager) was superb! She was immediately responsive to any maintenance requests, and followed up promptly to make sure repairs were done correctly. Her professionalism, knowledge of the business, and her concern and courtesy really made Promax standout. Overall excellent rental experience.

We are longtime tenants in a ProMAX-managed home, working specifically with Rachel Gresham who managed the home we lived in. Absolutely wonderful experience - the best we have had with any landlord or property manager. The experience of renting the house was truly on autopilot for the past several years. Rachel promptly addressed any maintenance issues that came up, each time using competent, professional companies to fix things as needed, and communicated with us far in advance whenever inspections or major service items (like HVAC) were coming due. It is no exaggeration to say that everything simply worked in the background with minimal effort from us as renters. She and ProMAX were a pleasure to work with.
