If your looking for an incompetent realtor, hire Diane Krause! I purchased a property from her family member, which she disclosed, then she drives the price up by telling my realtor she has other offers for more money. I did a wire transfer for hundred thousand dollars to her title company, and they lost the payment. I flew in from out of state yesterday to have an inspection by a contractor and she loss the key to the property. This is headed for litigation, and fortunately, I consummated the deal in another state that takes jurisdiction if any part of the "deal" takes place in that state. Think twice before you engage her. I will be making a formal complaint with the Wisconsin Board of Realtors, so they can investigate her incompetence and unethical dealings.

I would give 5 stars, pictures were great. Sale went quick on my mother-in-laws house. They handled the inspections very well. Follow thru on the closing was good. Look forward to using them again on our own house.

I have never been to their office. I have used their agent Julia Hillman and she is fantastic. Very knowledgeable from start to finish of property acquisition. Julia will take you all the way through the whole process without delegating to office personnel for help.

We were very happy with @properties and agent Gina Nocek. I would highly recommend working with her and @properties for your real estate needs. Yes, the parking is limited in Lake Geneva but we usually met at the house we were going to view. We love living out here and happy Gina found the perfect house for us.
