I have worked with many realtors over the past 20 years as a home buyer but this is the first time I had the opportunity to work with Pat. I am a very particular home buyer but Pat had the most patience as he showed me house after house after house with enthusiasm and understanding. He really wanted me to get the home that I really wanted and it was genuine. He was a lot of fun to work with extremely personable always available and accommodating. Pat has even followed through after the sale and assisted with any questions I had which was a pleasant surprise. He has great knowledge in the Pacific Northwest in this business was able to negotiate on my behalf with the seller in a professional way that worked for everyone involved. I can't recommend Pat enough as he is a broker that I look forward to working with whenever possible!

Pat is the best! We recently bought a property through him. Pat kept us well informed through the whole process.He even came to our house a couple times to let us know what was happening. The electronic forms we had to complete were easy to understand and navigate. Because we were out of town he contacted the septic design company and paid the fee out of pocket until we returned. He has continued to guide us regarding appropriate actions to take so we can start building in a timely matter.
