Property advantage are amazing owners and I'm am pleased to be living here the last two years at their Property in lemon grove. The landscape is always nice, it's a quite environment and the services are quick when needed. Charlie is the maintenance man at my location and he's an awesome guy, always efficient with work and very good at replying when he is notified. I will continue to enjoy this apartment and have no other reason to look elsewhere to live. Thank you Property advantage for everything

Property Advantage’s staff was quick and responsive to a service request that I made after hours for a faucet leak in the kitchen sink as a tenant. Charlie called me the next day to set up a time to come to fix the issue. I didn’t even need to be at home. I’ve always had a great response, attentiveness and service over the years from the Property Advantage staff specifically Charlie whenever I submitted any maintenance service request. Charlie has always been friendly/helpful and answers any of the concerns or questions I have over the years.
