If I could give less than one star, I would. In my experience, this HOA property management company has been consistently disappointing. Their response to homeowners is slow or nonexistent, communication is severely lacking, and any action they do take is frustratingly delayed. To make matters worse, they significantly raised fees over the last two years—approved by outgoing board members who conveniently left the property immediately after pushing through the increases. After years of nepotism and mismanagement, they left homeowners to deal with the consequences. I would not recommend this company to any community seeking reliable property management.

This is a highly unprofessional, poorly run company that operates like they are stuck in the 90’s. Everything from their website to their billing is outdated and inefficient. I could not get a return call or email response and when I finally did talk to someone, they were rude. Something doesn’t seem right about this company and I am dreading having to work with them.

Property Concepts is the BEST property management company our condo has ever had. We went through 2 other property management companies over the course of two years before landing with Property Concepts, and we are so glad to have them for the long run. Every time there’s an issue, I’m blown away by the professionalism and responsiveness with which they handle it. So thankful we can have this team give us a carefree and proactive property management experience. Go team!

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with Property Concepts, the property management company that is responsible for managing the campus where I live. I have found that the agent who works for the company is shady and dishonest. They have repeatedly lied and withheld important information from residents like me.

In addition, Property Concepts seems to use cheap contractors to perform low-grade maintenance and repairs on the campus. As a result, the quality of the work performed is subpar, and it often requires frequent repairs, which is both inconvenient and costly for residents.

Moreover, the company has hired an attorney who is willing to lie on behalf of the HOA. This is both unethical and unacceptable. The company is withholding information that we are legally entitled to, and they misrepresent themselves through their attorney. This has already cost the HOA well over $6,000 in fees, which could have been avoided if the Community Association manager had done his job properly.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with Property Concepts, and I would not recommend them to anyone who is looking for a property management company. Their unethical practices and lack of transparency are unacceptable, and they have caused a significant amount of inconvenience and financial hardship for the residents of the campus

Run as far away as possible from doing business with this company.

Their accounting department is terrible. They will process your check, then send you a bill for payment on the exact thing they just processed the check for. On top of that, they never seem to be in the office. It takes days to get a call back, and it doesn't seem that they have any idea of what is going on there. Still waiting on a call back.........

I've worked with property concepts for over 16 years. Ive found them to be consistently professional and responsive. I miss bill, the original owner and I'm glad we became friends Soo many years ago.

I am on the Board of our Condo Complex. We have been using Property Concepts for the last 8 years. We have found them to be an excellent company to work with (we have had other large management companies in the past). Property Concepts is a small company owned by President Bill Satrom located in Seattle. Other larger companies are spread out all over the Country and you do not know where the Accounting Department, etc. are located. Property Concepts is locally owned and operated. Always answers questions and phone calls. Accounting Department is on site so if there are questions, they are easily answered without going thru 10 people to get to the right person. Bill Satrom has integrity. Very little turnover at his company, which says alot about a company! I would highly recommend using Property Concepts as your Management Company.

They are like thief take money from your account without permission and if you call them no response I called more then fifteen time for accounting to Heider but didn't respond at all ...etc
