I've had the pleasure of working with Brooklyn as my property manager for the past 6 years, and I can't recommend her services highly enough. Throughout this time, she has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my home is well-maintained and tenanted with responsible individuals.

We are a military family and didn’t have a lot of time finding a property. Found a beautiful house with Property Emporium. Was very hesitant after reading the reviews but we had great experience renting through them. We had to rent without seeing the property first so I was skeptical as we were making the 12 hr drive to move in. There was a communication issue when we arrived and we had to stay at a hotel the first night and was reimbursed for that stay. We didn’t have a walk through and the property manager at the time met us at a gas station to get the keys and sign the paperwork. They only had the property for a week before we came so it was a little dirty when we arrived (no big deal). After that first little issue everything was great! We had the A/C give out on us twice and they had someone there the next day to fix it. The sink was leaking and again replaced it within a few days. There is 2 inspections yearly and they would take pictures and make sure everything was working for us and if it wasn’t, they fixed it. I told the property manager that my daughter got bit by a fire ant and the following week terminix showed up and got rid of them. We had to break the lease a few months early due to my husband receiving orders and they were absolutely great about it. When his orders were delayed due to COVID they worked with us so we wouldn’t be out on the streets. We had a septic issue come up before we moved and they had multiple people come out and try to fix the problem (we moved out, so not 100% if they actually found the issue). We were never late with a payment and kept up with everything we had to. I spoke with Brooklyn numerous times and she was great, always answered my questions or called me back when she had the answers. We received most of the security deposit back 1 month after moving out (didn’t have time to get carpets cleaned, and they took that out but we knew they were going to). Brooklyn even took the time out to resend a package that was delivered to my daughter to our new house. As long as you take care of the rental and are a good tenant, they are good to you! I would definitely rent from them again!!

A family friend referred Brooklyn West as a great realtor to sale our NC home. We were located in GA so we worked remotely with Brooklyn and relied heavily on her assistance throughout the entire process. She was very responsive and knowledgeable on the current market. Brooklyn drafted a detailed plan to assess, repair and market my home. Her maintenance personnel worked efficiently and was reasonably priced. Brooklyn explained the pros and cons of each offer we received ensuring that we selected the best bid for us. We were able to close within the promised timeline. We would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in NC.

I purchased a home 7 months ago. I needed it managed by a property management company and stumbled upon Brooklyn at the property emporium. Out of all the property management companies ive been with in the past she is by far the best so far. Very detailed organized motivated agent that i have worked with.. Do Not use This company for property management, as the owner of a house I had a 2 year agreement with them. They will never answer your calls and it was terrible that the renter had to get in touch with me when the bathroom commode was clogged. My renter paid every month on the 28 to the 1st of the month but I never received my rent until the 12th. When the renter left, I had to fight with this guy to do what I was paying him to do. Stay away from this company.

I moved from ny to nc and was looking for a nice home and i went to property emporium. Brooklyn west was respectful and so helpful and found me a home fast. Anytime repairs need to be done she gets it done fast. she will find you a nice home so, If you are looking to rent or buy a house i highly recommend ms. west you won’t be disappointed!
