Not impressed at all. Very quick to take your money after well scripted online sales videos/webinars for property sourcing. Then they recommend people that simply don't do their jobs properly. The solicitors Property Hub recommend are simply AWOL, do not pick up the phones and reply with out of office automated emails, meanwhile money is taken up front. Be wary and look elsewhere!!

In 2020, I stumbled upon the Rob & Rob Podcast by chance. After following them for just over a year, I decided to see how their services measured up. And in one word, it’s excellent. Property Hub has their processes well organised. You can clearly tell they are experienced in what they do and use the right technology to collaborate with their clients. Moreover, their Care Team (Jawaad and Andrea) are absolute gems. We enjoy working with them so much that you could almost say we invest just to have a reason to collaborate with them. They respond quickly, are friendly, human, and personal, and we never feel like just a number. There's always room for personal contact, small talk, and interest in each other's perspectives. This makes it much easier to ask “silly” questions, and we certainly have plenty of those. We live outside the UK, so we aren’t as familiar with the regulations, language, and jargon. I imagine Jawaad and Andrea often shake their heads at their screens... but if that’s the case, they never let it show.

We’ve noticed with many other British companies that things tend to move slowly, processes are not streamlined, and both administration and communication could be better... but this is definitely not the case with Property Hub.

I’ve been following Rob & Rob since the early days of their podcast. Over the years, it’s clear that the company has become more commercial, but what always stands out to us is that they remain sincere. While other companies put up smoke screens and remain abstract, Property Hub operates on a concrete level that we can relate to. The advice is very hands-on, and we can connect to the topics.

But what’s truly remarkable is this: Property Hub has been at the foundation of investments we never thought we were capable of just four years ago. I never imagined I’d start a Ltd. and from there be involved in something as abstract as property. But these days, we’re dealing with remortgaging, maintenance tasks, tenants moving out or negotiating their rent, and so on. We no longer shy away from a legal document from a solicitor or a management company. Ultimately, this means that in a few years, we’ll have more options, better financial literacy, and be able to pass on these lessons to our children.

It might sound a bit lofty, but the services from Property Hub have changed and enriched our future. And for that, we are grateful.

Just had a strategy call with Ollie, and it was fantastic: in a very thoughtful and friendly way, he sense-checked some of my assumptions and made me even more excited about getting going. He confirmed that using Property Hub Invest isn't right for me *this* year (I'm focusing on growing income over the next few years rather than capital appreciation), but once I've reached that first goal I suspect I'll be very interested in using the service for longer-term growth.
