Excellent experience with a property management company. Chris, his assistant Aide and his maintenance team ( Carlos & Mario) made are 5 yr stay in Santee a wonderful experience. We were sad to leave, but the sale of the house was the reason for leaving. We had the opportunity to meet the home owner from the start, wonderful people. Our over all experience was excellent. And I appreciate all the wonderful memories we will take from our time on this residence.

Chris Bump has been handling the rental of my condo in San Diego for a couple of years. I live in Nevada and its piece of mind to know Chris is managing my property, he has done an outstanding job. I have tried other rental property managements in San Diego and he is by far the best I've worked with. Recently Chris became my realtor and sold my condo within a month. He again impressed me by doing an outstanding job. Since I live out of state, Chris is hands on, he helped me with remodel/repairs on my condo in order to put it on the market. We have been working with Chris Bump at Property Management Executives since 2003. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable about the rental market and truly cares about his clients.

We are pleased with the quality of service we have received and the caliber of tenants now living in our property.
The accounting reports are accurate and on time each month. Aide Carta, who is in charge of maintenance, is efficient and very quick to respond. If I send them an email, I always get a response ASAP.

Since hiring Property Management Executives and Chris Bump, owning rental properties has become enjoyable and more profitable. Over the past five and a half years rents have been collected on time, monthly statements arrive at the end of the month and year end statements are accountant ready. Repairs are handled professionally and timely by Chris's maintenance staff and our tenants are happy, happy ,happy. Vacancies are quickly rented with well qualified tenants which has improved the cash flow on the properties. We have been having Chris manage our house for almost 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say, there are never any problems that arent taken care of quickly, they have very good contractors working for them. Rent is paid quickly from their online system. His rates are the best out there and he was able to get the house rented to quality renters in under 2 weeks.
