I have had the pleasure of renting a home through McCormack Realty & Renters Choice Homes for almost 8 years, and I can honestly say that it's been the best rental experience I've ever had.
Annemarie and Nicole are both so kind, friendly, and relatable. The relationship that we’ve developed over the past 8 years feels like more of a friend, than a property manager/tenant. Annemarie is very patient and understanding, she has helped us tremendously when things got tight as well as in the pandemic, and I am abundantly grateful to have found such a wonderful company to rent from. I could tell story after story of their kindness and compassion.

From the initial rental process to ongoing maintenance requests, McCormack Realty has consistently exceeded our expectations. They are always incredibly responsive to our needs. We've had minimal maintenance issues, but when they did arise, McCormack Realty handled them promptly and efficiently. All of their repair technicians, pest control, pool care, etc are skilled, reliable, quick and always leave our home clean with no mess left behind.
All of this while still having some of the most reasonable rent in Central Florida.

They schedule and show up on time with no hassle or arguments. Simple good business at a fair price. My home is well maintained and its stress free dealing with this team of experts. I have rented under McCormack Realty & Renters Choice Home for 5+ years and am still with them. I have always had great experiences with these people. AnneMarie, Nicole, and everyone that I speak to is always pleasant to speak with, professional, and assisting us with integrity. Every time there is an problem with the home, the response time is always quick. I've rented through other companies before McCormack and have never experienced this level of service. Even in emergency situations, they are quick to respond when out of office. They make sure the renters take accountability in the care of the home of the owners and has a scheduled inspection. Any one that visits this home for maintenance, pool service, lawn care or anything else has always been professional and great service. They make sure everything is high quality. This not just shows that they rent homes but they work with integrity and choose to perform at the highest level. All I see is growth for this company, not limited to helping renters or home owners but much more.

I have rented from this company for 2 years and almost 3 months. Nicole is amazing, if it was her running this company I’d offer 10 stars. She is kind, compassion, professional, and way ahead of her colleagues.

We are asking to be released from our lease 3 months early.

My husband was recently injured at work and has not received pay since April. We have faced many hardships with his temporary loss of income (he is still employed just on leave). Anne Marie (the owner who gave herself a good review on this thread) leaves a lot to be desired. She refuses to communicate unless it is through text. She is condescending, abrasive, rude, and lacks basic empathy for a tenant who has never paid rent late, never created issues, and has always been kind. She asked for documentation regarding the injury and loss of income. I am working on getting the final bank statement per her request (I have to pay a research fee to the out of state bank) and funds are already tight.

I requested they use my last months rent that was paid in advance to cover this month. I asked that they use the deposit to cover next month. My husband is almost ready to be cleared. We will be staying with family. I offered to set up payment plans to cover the remaining rent. I found a qualified replacement for this rental. They are refusing everything. Every time I call, they decline the call or answer and hang up on me.

I am extremely grateful for your service. I used Renters Choice when I had to rent out my home and did not want to deal with tenants. Anne Marie and the rest of her staff took care of us and made it a pleasant experience even though our tenant ended up going from nice to ugly because they wanted to break the lease. Renter Choice took care of everything professionally working with me and along with working professionally with the tenant. We have rented from this company for sometime and never had we had a problem communicating with them. They are quick to respond to any maintenance request or issues we may have. During the pandemic, they were very understanding and helpful for the time we were not working. From Anne Marie, Nicole and everyone in the office to the maintenance guys, they are great!!
