This is not my review. These are the statements of a friend of mine that just got out of a rental contract with this company. “‼️Warning ‼️ Do not do business with Property Management of Greenville! Myself and my family recently rented a property from them. It was hell!!! They are despicably racists individuals and ride all around the land like entitled snobs just because the land is theirs. When things would tear up in the house they didn’t want to fix them even though they stated they would. She decided she didn’t want to rent to me anymore because I was black. My family and I were great tenants who paid our rent and minded our business. Yet they’d be lurking in our backyard just looking at us. They didn’t keep the grass cut. They didn’t cut down or trim the trees back away from the home. When storms would come through it’d have branches and debris all over. These overall rude and horrible people to do business with. I promise y’all this place is not worth the amount that they are asking for!”

If you are a property owner. Please stay far far away from this company! Ever since the new management took over, its been nothing but headaches. My property was damaged by the tenant and they refunded them the security deposit and now I am stuck paying for all the repairs! They said they did a cleaning after the tenants but no cleaning has been done and they have not even stepped foot in the house to check on. They do not care about you or your property! Do yourself a favor and find a different management company!

Contacted PMG and did not hesitate to pay application fee $150 and put deposit of $1195 down!
The email urgency should have been a red flag but I gave deposit anyway!
Went to view the place and did not like it so changed my mind.
The place was not cleaned and no upgrades have been made to the place!
Pictures were misleading!
Anyway decided not to rent this place and PMG did not give me my full deposit back
BEWARE they kept over half of my deposit talking about a fee
This fee was NEVER MENTIONED to me! The fee is not in ANY correspondence with PMG & myself!

I would advise anyone that wants to RENT FROM 409 S.FLORIDA AVE DON’T it is infected with rats the whole property needs to be redone they only cares about money when I said I was leaving due to the rats they state I had to pay the rent I will say I thought my lease was up that month but it was up the next month I had to pay the rent the owner needs to have the whole property tore down inside and out one of the doors had die on it the inside on the home need to be replaced the property management doesn’t come and inspected the property when I move in the whole AC unit wasn’t there if the owner and property management would have done there jobs they would have known the owner has all of her things in the attic and wants you to pay $1200 in rent I will ADVISE DO NOT RENT this place at all I will say DO NOT RENT ANY PLACE FROM PMG I have NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN though anything like this I would give them a ZERO if I could the owner and PMG

I have been calling and sending messages to ask something about a property and no one has answered me...I am still waiting for a call back. The house is 121 Scarlett St in Greenville. If the owners read my opinion, they should change the manager...they have very bad service...I do not recommend

Renter beware! I lived in one of their rentals for 2 years. I moved from another state and when I got to the property, it had not been cleaned or repainted and repairs had not been made as promised. The dishwasher never worked and when they finally sent someone out to repair it, the guy didn’t have the part so he said he would send it to me and I could install it. The garbage disposal had not worked for a year, the kitchen sink leaked-requested repairs in person and on the portal and nothing was done. The fridge stopped working properly and it took them 6 months to replace it. I should have billed them for all the food I had to toss. The stove stopped working so they replaced it with one that I could only turn on and off-the control panel didn’t work so I could not adjust the temperature. The fence was falling down and I had to secure it with bungee cords. The shower in the master bath was cracked. The closet shelf unit in the upstairs bedroom was NAILED into the wall. The carpeting was fraying and there were places on the floor trim where a previous tenants dog chewed. I had to flip the light switch in the kitchen on and off several times before it would turn on. The light switch in the main floor bedroom crackled if I turned it on, so obviously I didn’t use either. All of these issues were brought up numerous times and repairs were promised but not done. When I left, I cleaned absolutely everything, including the carpets on both floors. They deducted $400 from my security deposit for paint repairs “beyond normal wear and tear.” Hilarious considering it was that way when I moved in and I covered it up as best I could. I was told when I gave notice that the property was under new management and to resubmit everything to the portal again. Seriously They cannot go look at what was already in there? The only positive thing I can say is they let me stay an extra 5 days so I could finish moving and clean because I didn’t want anyone to move into a place that was not clean like I had to. I should have just left it the way it was when I moved in. I Will be contacting an attorney about this. Fortunately I have pictures from move in and move out plus documentation on every contact.

They have always been very prompt with answering/returning calls for questions and concerns, and have always made it seem like a top priority to rectify any issues that may have arisen.
