Before they took over the property I live in I did not have a good impression of management companies. Jen and Chris definitely changed my opinion very early on. Our family has been with Property Management Partners since 2019 and I can't express enough what an amazing property manager Jen is! She has gone above and beyond to make sure problems are handled right away, we have never had to wait an excessive time frame to have someone out when there has been an issue. She has been great helping find our children with rentals as well over the years, I would not trust anyone else with our family's rental needs. Rented a unit in a duplex for a year. the process to rent was fairly easy, quick, and could be done online.

Had some cleanliness issues when I first moved in, nothing crazy but the issue was annotated on move in sheet. I only had three small service request the entire year and they were fixed quickly!

On move out I received my full deposit back. All in all a good experience.

Hands down best property management company I have ever had in all my years of renting. If there ever was a problem they were on top of it asap. This has been the BEST rental experience that I have ever had. The management is extremely responsive, friendly, and responds to every message as if you are their only client.
I can not recommend enough!
The only reason my family is leaving the lovely rental home that we have been in for 18 months, is because we are buying a home. Otherwise we would still be renting with Property Management Partners.
We rented an older home, and there have only been a few issues, all of which had prompt attention from management and every singe issue was quickly taken care of.
I also have to mention that the handymen and service people (plumbers, etc) that this management company uses have all been friendly, on time, and quick to remedy any concerns.
I have been impressed in every area.
