It took about 6 month to replace a broken dishwasher. We couldn't use the dishwasher for 6month...!!
The house we live in got some problems. Carpet was not a good condition as I move in. Drain line leakage which they never repair. Garage opener got issue. Broken window. Wall paint is not perfect condition. I wonder this management company even does maintaining their property. I'll update this review after moving out process. I'll move out soon.

So they sent me an email that had the option for applying as the main applicant residing in the rental property I was acquiring. The email also had the link for a co-signer. So I applied and my sister applied as my co-signer. Nowhere in the interactions with the agency did the agent mention that the property owner doesn’t want a co-signer for this particular property.
I end up paying 55 dollars for my application and my sister pays for hers.
After two days of not hearing back from them I call them and the agent assigned says “I don’t know why we can’t take a co-signer when it was emailed do you, let me go see” she repeats this statement of “let me see, I have no idea why” several times when I keep asking her why I won’t be refunded my money back since they didn’t inform me the co-signer wouldn’t even be do considered.
I’m so disappointed. It’s not cheap to keep paying for applications and dealing with these types of people. Dishonest.

I met Melanie in the Spring of 2018 when I was considering renting my home. She was highly experienced and helped me with all the aspects of getting my home ready to rent including advice on how to make a home attractive to quality renters and getting me in touch with quality, affordable contractors. When I decided to sell instead of rent, she, again was there with all the help I needed and continued to be fully involved until my home closed. If you are considering Renting or Selling your home, Melanie Maddy is the person you need representing your interests.

I was under false pretense that this company is a great company to rent the house with but after few months, I had several house issues where PNW refused to get them taken care of. I wanted to get a different house but they refused to work with me to change the houses nor break the lease without penalties. I would NOT recommend renting a place under this company!
