I recently moved from Texas to Wisconsin and was in the market for a place and Kyle Wilson at Property Minds was extremely helpful and very patient with me. The apartment had a great price point and was perfect in size. Whenever I happen to an issue it is handled if not that day the very next. They are great to work with and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place in Eau Claire.

I'm an 18 month tenant in a very nice 2 bedroom apartment in a quadplex. Competitive rent. Never more than two days(normally one if not same day) on maintenance calls. Attentive general maintenance(lawn care, snow removal, furnace filter swaps). Pleasant staff who answer the phone. Move in was a breeze and the place was clean and ready.

The staff has been excellent, they even answer the phone when you call the office. Maintenance is quick to respond. Quality built construction! Very quiet at Oakwood Ridge. It is well worth the wait to get in. You walk in and it feels like a warm hug, like home. Thank you for all you do!

Great place to rent from apartments are nice and they are quick to come and do any maintenance or at the very least will contact you when they can get out to look at your issue. Buildings are nice and well maintained too. Nice having a local company to rent from!!!

I have rented from Property Minds for over 15 years and they are absolutely amazing! They really take care of their properties and are quick to make any repairs that are needed. Everyone I have talked with has been incredibly nice and understanding. It doesn’t matter if it is the owner, property manager, or the person who cuts the grass, they are always super kind and ready to answer any questions you might have. I highly recommend renting through Property Minds!

We rent a beautiful apartment in a 6 plex, affordable prices, safe neighborhood, very nice and personable staff. We even worked with Derek Trainor, a WI Real Estate Broker for Rocket Construction/Property Minds who helped us find a commercial space for our new business Eau Claire Billiards Bar and Grill. Derek's service to our needs was nothing short of above and beyond for us but I know for him, he operates in excellence all the time. We were brand new to this business venture, he was truly the catalyst for our project and master networker. He provided us with the right resources, the right direction, the right people and information AND guided us when needed during the entire process, often times collaborating on our behalf with vendors, service contractors, etc. so we could focus on other core aspects of our start up. I highly recommend Derek for his impeccable professionalism and diligence in real estate. We were lucky because he had work experience in both the landlord and tenant side, so he was able to help us negotiate our lease from a very knowledgeable perspective. I would also recommend Property Minds/Rocket Construction for any related needs in leasing, renting, building. We have met several of the staff, everyone is warm, smart and geniunely cares about this community.
