Elizabeth Rico helped us locate a property that fit our needs and quickly set up a viewing for us. She helped us put in our offer the same day. We've used Shannyn at Property Shoppe for the all three times we've sold and purchased a house. We listed our house with Property Shoppe in the beginning of April knowing we had a time frame to move to South Carolina by the end of May! We contacted Rich Oldroyd and he and Shannon came out and went to work and we listed the house. Every question and detail was handled quickly and they made us feel very comfortable.
