We went through them to rent our house out. They told us the tenant insisted the inside of our house gets painted before they move in all bedrooms kitchen bathrooms and laundry room and all baseboards. I was told the work would not cost more the $500 because they were owed a favor from the painter they go through. I never got a quote for the work and asked multiple times what the cost was going to be. At the end of the month I got my statement and there was a $1500 charge for paint. In the contract it was stated they need my sign off for any work done more then $500. After that fiasco I decided to just rent the property out myself to the same tenant. We renewed the lease with our tenant this year and during my walkthrough I asked how the new paint is holding up. Come to find out the painter only pained the wall behind the stove and one wall in the master bedroom and one wall in the living room. So for 3 walls painted they charges us $1500 which we didn't not agree to that price but they charges us anyway. Needless to say we will never do business with them again and I will never recommend this property management to anyone I know.

My husband and I decided to rent our home out. Since it was our first time we thought we would be safe and go through a property management company. It took several months for them to find tenants and when we talked about getting out of contract with them to find our own tenants they magically found some. Then tenants (we were told) weren't happy with the paint job on the inside. They originally quoted us $500 to paint 4 walls. Once the job was done we receive an invoice of $1500. We were also told that basically the whole inside of the house was repainted including baseboards etc. This money was taken out of a deposit that we gave to them. My husband fought and we got $700 dollars back and terminated our contract with them. Fast forward a year later we are signing another lease with our tenants and they informed us that only 3 walls in the house were re-painted. We were scammed and lied to by this company. It has been a breeze since we terminated our contract with them. I suggest going through a different company or do it yourself to make sure these people dont screw you like they tried to do us.

They are the best and sweetest and most caring real estate property management I have ever come across. I am 60 years old and have had a few management companies take my money and never do anything or even look at the application. I'm saying you could not ever go wrong with property work reality!! They are aces in my book!!!

Rented from them for 3 years, great people. Never had to tell them twice if something was broken or not working right, they always, always, always, got someone out there in a timely manner to get it fixed. They didn't gouge our deposit when we moved, they were fair. If you own rental property I recommend hiring them. If you're looking to rent I recommend calling them.

Slum Lord. He will walk into your place without warning and charge for stuff that he knows wasn't yours. (He charged me for furniture that another tennant left outside when I moved even after another renter told him it wasn't mine.) He also likes to stalk and harrass tennants and their guests.
He kicked my 8lb dog cuz she wanted to say hi and because of that, she is afraid of new people.
On the plus side, it was due to the horrible treatment by this disgusting "man" that I finally stopped renting and bought a house!
DO NOT RENT FROM HIM UNLESS YOU ARE ABLE TO TAKE HIM TO COURT FOR HIS BULLS&>/

Omg it I could give neg stars I would. They knew we where in a flooding zone and did not inform us before moving in.

When we moved out they charged us for way more then necessary, omfg they are ridiculous. I have pics of the flooding and all the extra stuff they charged us with. If you are interested find me on fb and I'll show you. I would take them to court if I wasn't so busy with 4 kids,

TAKE PICS OF EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU MOVE IN JUST INCASE.
