Fraud folks misinterpreting information and data for their fee. Real estate market has gone up 50-80% in last 2/3 years (post on sept 24) and in same period my investment with them has gone down. FD returns beat their investments, as they are all overvalued at entry.

Nobody picks up their customer care number, Also i dropped an email a week ago and still there is no reply and not even an acknowledgement for the email. I have not invested in their platform but i doubt a company who does reply before investment and how can i trust a company post investment.

I had invested in their Whitefield project. The value of property has decreased in valuation rather than increase. Rent is delayed by more than 4 months and not being paid completely. May be only my experience is bad, still do your proper diligence beforehand. I will repost if things get improve in future.

Alert: Be carefull while investing through propetry share/propshare Capital. Don't go by the number like 10% return etc. You will also end up like me. I am one the investor in MirayaRose. I am getting 4K/month after investing 25L, rest you can calculate.They are not able to find tenant in 2years. After investment some of the tenant will leave. New tenant will not come.
