I noticed there are no sidewalks in the community besides the model homes. So to get anywhere by foot you have to walk in the street. That seems like a major concern based on price point and HOA fees. Are the new builds going to have sidewalks? Thank you.

They advertise 4 bedroom homes but none of there models are 4 bedrooms. And there 3 bedroom model is only 2.
Also, buyer be ware the HOA is 430 plus a .47% property tax increase off the norm. That’s close to 1k in HOA. The kitchens are really nice but the master bath have way too big of showered which are useless and the bedrooms are super small.
