This is a great place to set up an office, and a great location if you need to visit an office. Parking is well marked and plentiful, including lots of visitor parking which can be validated and thus can be free to the visitor. The building is well maintained and has a new feel to it. Elevators and directions from the parking to anywhere from the ground floor to the top floor are well marked. At least for now, it is not crowded so the plentiful elevators make it fast to get where you want to go.

Parking is very efficient. I was only there for about 15 to 20 minutes and was not charged at all to park so I could just insert my ticket and get out of the garage for free.

When I moved my business to Dallas, I researched and planned to visit several executive suites in the area. Providence Towers Executive Suites was my first, and only, visit as I immediately signed a lease when I met with Shirley, the owner, and toured the offices; I knew I did not need to look any further. The offices are spacious and well-maintained, and the reception area/conference rooms are well-appointed. Additionally, Shirley and the receptionist, Sara, are some of the friendliest, kindest people I have ever met and have fostered a family-like environment, among the tenants, that you will not find anywhere else. I have had my office here for almost four years and have no intention of leaving.

Shirley and Sara, the two women who own and run the executive offices in the beautiful, marble, iconic Providence Towers, for the last 18 years, are a absolutely magnificent women. It is a place of hard work, but also of friends, thanks to these two wonderful women. Lawyers, CPAs, engineers, entrepreneurs, etc., scurry up and down the halls, but all are family thanks to these two wonderful women. Clients and guests, love the elegant feel to the building, and the classical aire of the executive suites. If you want to impress your clients, and get away from the typical exec suite feel, of cookie cutter, industrial style suites, Providence is the place to be.
