If I could give zero stars I would.
This property management group is the worst. They cover up mold with paint and then expect the unassuming tenants to maintain what they didn't properly address to begin with. They look for reasons to keep a security deposit with long standing tenants. It would be safe to assume they will look for reasons to keep the security deposit with short term tenants. The property management lead is rude and over the top. Extremely unprofessional talks over you. I believe it's some lame attempt to allow herself to feel superior over others. Nobody wants to be dealing with an individual with this type of manner. And that's exactly what you'll get. Please stay away. Look elsewhere. You'll be healthier and happier. You can use the money you worked hard for in the long run. This management group could care less about you. Only your money.

Went to view a property with my roommate. We are 2 woman who are both going thru a divorce and renting together.The rent was $2,100.
The income requirements were to make 3x times the rent which combined we both made over $120,000. We have long standing jobs no evictions or bankruptcies as well as a 750+ credit score. I said yes child support another 7-8k. She then denied us because said that she told us individually we had to make three times the rent. She discriminated against us for having a child and not being married. She told us both to apply separately but then separately but then wanted us to make three times the rent individually. I told her clearly we would never applied if that was the case. She sent several emails arguing with me. Very rude unprofessional management specifically the broker Tereia. Do not work with her. She discriminated against single women with a baby that has excellent job and credit because we weren't married she wouldn't qualify our combined income which is 5x the rent.

Outstanding communication and service. Tereia was able to get our property rented in under one month. She manages all maintenance request and has helped us replace appliances and deal with all tenant requests. Professional, organized, supportive, with excellent record keeping, online portal and monthly reports. highly recommend.

Scheduled a showing to view a house at 430 pm today. When we got there no one was there. Waited for 15 mins still no one so we decided to leave... how extremely rude to waste a potential customers time and gas with no call or anything about not showing up! Completely dissatisfied and probably will never rent from this company if they are the property management in charge.
