The worst brokerage firm i have ever used stay away from them. First of all terrible customer experience it takes over 24 hours to get a normal response after getting forwarded multiple times to different departments . Second they put a hold on my funds for 60 days and I’m not able to withdraw my funds for no good reason . What they are saying is they have a right to put a hold on funds but the crazy part is they didn’t give any reason they used that right and when asking multiple times they refused to give a answer. Anyway I hope this information is helpful and you can do much much better with other legit brokerage firms.

I joined Public in April of this year and in setting up my account I had many questions. Recently I needed help on numerous things, and I was very pleased with the timeliness and the answers that I received. I appreciated working with Jeff on my concerns as he was able to answer all my questions. The platform so far has been a positive experience and sometimes it will take a little while to get an answer they always respond back to you. My confidence in the platform has continued to grow. As long I am able to get answers that I need then I feel better about expanding my use of the platform.

I recently set up a brokerage account with Public after hearing great reviews from the Rich Habits podcast. I was looking for a platform that offered a variety of investments options and I am very very happy with Public.com!!! I'm getting back into crypto investments with confidence, after being scammed in the past. I even transferred my Acorns account into my Public.com account and Jack from Public helped me with the process, every step of the way! Really amazed by Jack and the team supporting customer service. I was comfortable letting them handle the transfer because I was communicating with real people in real time. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using Public.com for options trading, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and keeps improving with new features. But what really makes the experience great is the customer service. A big shoutout to Matt—he’s always super responsive, friendly, and really goes out of his way to help whenever I need assistance.

They also offer cash-back on options, which is something I haven’t seen on other platforms. If you’re into options trading and want a reliable, user-friendly platform with fantastic support, give Public.com a try. It’s definitely worth it!

I want to say I thank Public for making their app easily accessible for everyone, and I want give a special thanks to Jeff, he was extremely quick to answer any questions that I had and also refunded me for a purchase that I forgot I purchased. Once I realized that I did purchase and wanted to be re-charge he allowed me to continue the free trial “again” and be charged after this one expired. I truly thank him and if you are looking for an easy to manage investment app Public is definitely the app for you!!

I joined the Public.com community in November of 2021 hardly knowing anything about investing. The journey has been challenging, but with Public’s community friendly platform, plenty of learning/news material and most of all, their amazing staff, I have gained much knowledge over the past couple of years and am now pretty confident in my trades. Thanks to Mike at Public for clarifying how bonds work, which is a new chapter for me.

Great platform and app. I recently decided to give Public a shot coming from E-Trade and Robinhood. Public has some great features for stocks and options but the best thing is their customer service. I've spent hours/days waiting on responses from E-Trade but with Public it's never been more than a few minutes. Any time I've had a question Anthony has been available to help with a lightening fast response. Definitely looking forward to seeing all the new features they continue to add!

I’ve had such a wonderful experience using this app for option trading. I was trying it out after Ameritrade shut down just as one of my options but the team member Matt turned me into a full time customer. I’m very impressed with their platform and specifically how personalized the problem solving is. Matt has helped me out with multiple issues at this point and it seems like we have built a good personal relationship. Usually with bigger companies it is a headache explaining the history of your account because many errors tend to be repetitive. They are new and still working some minor kinks out but they will work with you and have a very good thing going. I highly recommend for any day traders. Ask for Matt if you have any issues.
