My sandwich today was a big hot mess. Never have i ever got one this messed up and apparently the bread baker over baked the bread and they didn't take them of the shelf. I asked to switch out the bread but the employee kept saying it's the bread they are all like that. Still charged me full price. Stick to Subway!

Publix off of Haynes Bridge Road is in the border of Duluth & Marietta/Alpharetta area. All Publix are always great. Great helpful staff & neat facility.

Was at my local Publix today, and had a lovely interaction with one of the employees there. Your employee, Katherine, helped me look for some of my items that were on my shopping list. Very gentle on bagging my items and offered assistance outdoors. Gave me a premier customer service from the moment I stepped in and out the door. Will be shopping here again and would love to thank Katherine again!

I ordered $50 of sandwich rings for pickup. When I arrived, the person at the deli counter was not friendly at all. He got the sandwich rings and set them in my cart. One of the plastic bottoms cracked completely. He tried to fix it with some Saran Wrap but it was still wobbly. I asked for a bag and he said he had nothing else to help. There was no offer to help me to my car so I tried to make to to the car without food falling everywhere. In addition, both sandwiches were made with hard crusty bread which was nearly inedible. Pics attached. I won’t be using this location for sandwich catering again.

I stop in almost every morning, I pickup various items. The store is clean, well light, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I particularly enjoy the bakery, and the fresh fruit sections.
