Apparently nobody here had any clue as how to handle a simple refund. Went in for what I thought to be a quick four item purchase turned into a 45 minute nightmare. Had to speak with four people before speaking to the “manager” and when she came I had to step by step walk her through the math on where we got to this position. After finally understanding basic math it turns out the information that her as well as the three other employees had all informed me was in fact incorrect. I politely informed her that perhaps they need to have a better training program that way 100% of the employees give all customers the right information instead of the zero percent that I encountered.

I have been coming to this Publix for a little over two years and never had an issue until tonight. There was only one register open with three people in line, so I decided to go to self-checkout. As I was scanning my groceries, an employee came and sat on a chair watching me. If you had put that much effort into opening another lane with multiple associates standing around, I wouldn't have had to scan my own groceries and be watched as if I were going to steal.

Store is fine but the deli is a joke if you order a sub online. 4 times now, the sandwich hasnt been made. So then I stand there and wait for it after it's brought to their attention. I order ahead because I have an allotted time for lunch and every time it has taken an hour plus.

Great place, food quality is great. My only thing is that I like self checkout which there is none at this specific store. That's the only thing but it's all preference, still a top spot to go to

The most inefficient deli in the region. I can never get anything here. The associates are all busy but not serving customers.

Would be fine but the precut section is always terrible. Every time I grab something I get an end piece that’s nearly inedible and I waste my money.

I appreciated the manager going to the back to see if they had an item that wasn’t out on the shelf. This was the 3rd store I visited and the other locations didn’t even take that initiative.

This Publix is located less than a mile from Little Mulberry Park, right on the edge from Dacula, and Auburn. This has been my usual spot to shop since I moved to Dacula and it is great!

The place is always very clean, and it seems to never be packed! I guess this area is just quite enough like it is, but that is totally fine with me.

The pharmacy staff is great, they are always so helpful, and very fast. In the pharmacy area there's also a HiGi machine used to check your high blood pressure for free. Before getting our own blood pressure monitor this was very convenient for my mom and we kept visiting every week. The staff was always very attentive and helpful respecting the machine, but in general is very easy to use.

Este Publix está ubicado a menos de una milla del Parque Little Mulberry, justo en el borde de Dacula y Auburn. Este ha sido mi lugar habitual para comprar desde que me mudé a Dacula y ¡es genial!

El lugar siempre está muy limpio, ¡y parece que nunca está lleno! Supongo que esta área es suficiente, pero eso está muy bien para mí.

El personal de la farmacia es excelente, siempre son muy serviciales y muy rápidos. En el área de farmacia también hay una máquina HiGi que se usa para controlar la presión arterial alta de forma gratuita. Antes de obtener nuestro propio monitor de presión arterial, esto era muy conveniente para mi madre y seguíamos visitando cada semana. El personal siempre fue muy atento y servicial respetando la máquina, pero en general es muy fácil de usar.

As for supermarkets, Publix is a stand out brand. I love that the store is always clean and well put together. There are always multiple checkout lanes open, reducing the amount of time you have to stand in line. The produce is mostly spot on with freshness, the isles are well stocked and they do a very good job of fronting the shelves to give each isle a nice crisp appearance. The store does get busy, which means the meat department can get a little thin during the evening hours, but there is always a nice cut to choose from. Another added bonus is there is a much needed shipping store going up a few doors down from Publix. The name of the store is Box Print and Ship. They offer all of the normal shipping avenues, but they have everything from expedited passport services, yard signs, car magnets and same day photo printing. I'd definitely recommend going in to see the people there. Go to send a letter and leave with a new box of business cards. No more post office for me. You can even rent a mailbox from these guys.
