The absolute worst property management company I had the misfortune of using in over 55 years of owning rental properties.
I actually never even hired them directly.
They purchased a company I had just hired to manage one house and a triplex. They left the house vacant for 3 months in a fairly good rental market, they did not take good care of my tenants and or/repairs and the ripped me off over $3,300 to let me out of the management contract after they had breached the contract with poor management over only 8 months or so.
I highly recommend you find a more professional and competent property management company!!!!
