I can’t say enough good things about Corey, and Purpose Realty. We’ve bought and sold a number of homes over the years and this was by far the best and easiest experience we’ve had. Corey was always available to us, always returned our calls and texts immediately, and touched base with us at least once a day through the entire process, never leaving us hanging and wondering how things were progressing. He set a fair price for our home and got it sold quickly in a difficult market for sellers, and worked tirelessly to find us a new home. In the past we’ve had a few agents who let us down and I told Matt (owner/broker) about that when I first talked to him. He assured us he and his team would take care of us, and he kept his word. We never once felt like we were forgotten and never had to track down our agent or wait over night (or longer) for a call back. Corey guided us through closing so we closed on schedule without any issues. Truly just 5-star service from an agent and company who enjoy people and love what they do. Corey is and was amazing during our whole buying and selling process! I thought it was going to be hard to sell and buy at the same time. Corey showed up and made it such an easy transition. When my husband and I first met Corey we all clicked really well. Corey took the time to hear all our needs and concerns. It really showed me that he cared. He is such a great family man. For our welcome home gift he got us cookies from a bakery and chocolate milk for the kids. They loved it!

Beginning our life together in our first home 25 years we knew our family would eventually outgrow it. Every time we would start dreaming about how that might look, the practical steps towards making our dream a reality we were consistenly stopped short by confusion, anxiety, lack of experience in industry knowledge, and general overwhelm. Then my sister referred us to Matt, saying: "He's a bulldog. He will fight for you guys, and get this done."

From the very first phone call, Matt took the time to learn our story, connect with our family, honor our home, and bring his passion alongside our vision in meaningful ways. Not one time did we ever question whether or not we were being told the whole story, or worry that we were being taken by sellers or buyers, because Matt was a part of every conversation, read through every contract, triple checked and confirmed every detail with all parties, and was a consistent advocate and representative for us throughout the entire process. He validated the moments of heartbreak and was the first to celebrate the victories.

Now, a month into our new home, we sit in awe at how fast, rewarding, and overall blessed this once "impossible" dream became our reality. Selling and buying was a harder adventure than we could have imagined. But we did it, and we're finally Home - and it was only because of Matt's love and care for his clients and their hopes and dreams that it all ultimately came to be. We would refer him to ANY family or friend, for any and all real estate ventures, for as long as he remains in the world of real estate.
