I have two homes that are being rented out. Erika Arakelian is my property manager and has always been there for me and my tenants. She is of top notch quality and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Pyramid property management to friends or family looking to either rent a property or to have a property managed. Thank you for all the hard work Erika! This lady is a scam artist. Showed us a place (looking like she just woke up from bed, and arrived late) but removed the listing from her website on the same day. We waited 3-4 days to apply. We finally asked her about the posting, if it's still available because the posting is gone and she claimed it was because she is waiting on our approval. How so when we haven't even applied at that time yet? We decided we liked the place and she doesn't have an office so she'll have you running around town chasing her, attempting to "meet up" at random places just to turn in an application. Shell take your "cash" for a credit check fee and will not give you a receipt. She refuses to speak on the phone and will ONLY text. My husband didn't listen to my suspicions. She wanted us to contact our current property management for our rental history. Isn't she suppose to do that herself? Maybe she wasn't legit so they didn't want to release our information to her. GOOGLE the addresses of other more expensive rental properties on her website. They will show the exact same pictures and info that is posted in other management company websites too. I really doubt any owner would hire multiple management companies to manage their properties. She's the only person who works for her management property. No other staff. How is it possible that she's the agent, owner, secretary and still able to manage so many rental and for sale properties all by herself, without having an office? All I know is that we found a different legit place fast, and she's never contacted us back ever since...about our "status," if we're approved or not. I checked her real estate license online, a little too late. Apparently she was showing us the house when her real estate license was expired. So I suspect she still had keys, or made copies of keys that she did manage or somehow had access to before (and knew they were empty), and went out of business and had the opportunity to quickly scam ppl. I checked her license again and she finally renewed it a month later WITHOUT being affiliated with 'pyramid property management' anymore.. meaning she went out of business, and is not currently working for any other place. Her fake business is NOT accredited by the BBB. Check for that also since her scam website is still up.

Remember to check anyone's real estate license online, whether renting our buying. It's available to the public and is our right. Stop giving this lady gas money! She's doesn't exist or have a professional profile, no pictures, no social or professional history, if you Google her name. Why not? Why is she not advertising herself as the best real estate agent/broker? Does she not want business Very sketchy. She should be imprisoned. BEWARE!!

The owner does not do this full time, nor does she spend the time to make sure the tenants or the landlords are informed. I would suggest either go to a full time shop and not here.
