After 4 years renting through quality management I learned as long as you fix it and don't complain pay your rent early there is not a problem. But let one person complain against you and you are the devil . The business practices are extremely unprofessional the tactics are not legal that are used to remove people from homes whatever. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Office staff actually care about the tenants here. We left our place clean and they thanked us, got our deposit back. We had a problem with neighbors making false complaints, they were so great about the whole thing and helped us. I would definitely come back here to find another place to rent.

If you want to rent a home in Bullhead City AZ there is only one place I’d recommend QMC the most honest, trustworthy, friendly, understanding, and caring property management team in the tristate area and possibly all of AZ. QMC has a great attitude and a great staff making them the best around! Just sayin.

They are charging us for repaired that where suppose to be done in the 2 years we lived there we left no mess and have 3 nighebors that will vouch for us these people suck and we where told not to rent from them! We didn't listen !
