New manager is a lot better and things are getting cleaner and nicer

The new office lady Crystal is trying to take big city Phoenix rules and apply them here.. I was approved for an apartment in oct and was never notified because their manager quit. The manager Crystal told me that the old manager shredded everything and broke the computer and that corporate wouldn’t even have my application. LIES corporate had ALL my info along with my approval.. then it turned into she needs a $200 HOLDING deposit.. You cannot charge a holding deposit on a UNIT THAT IS AVAILABLE.. a holding fee is to secure a unit that becomes available after you’ve been approved and & if there is no unit available at the time of approval.. Smfh.. why would I pay for something that is I was already approved for and told I could move in Friday .. after arguing my point to Sharon Lin in the main office and Crystal at the quails office Crystal looked at me and said “I’m not renting to you your rude” 🥴😳😳 FAIR HOUSING HAS BEEN CONTACTED.. along with the city fire Marshall’s and health department ..

These apartments are super ghetto and my car got shot up there overnight visiting my mom, and I had to pay to get it fixed. The kids there are not very nice, there parents need to watch them better and teach them respect.

Tenants are awesome and friendly. Manager however has no business ethics and is letting the place fall apart. Tries to blame issues on anyone else instead of stepping up and just fixing a problem.
