My experience as a tenant of Quest Real Estate in San Mateo was truly enjoyable. They took ownership of the complex I lived at for four years. Naturally, this raised concerns about the transition, their management style and increased rent. In the end, they asked very little of me and their staff were friendly, honest and remained approachable until my departure. It's rare to look forward to emails, email responses and letters posted on your door from your landlord (lol) but this is what my experience was like for the three years I spent under their management. I believe the leadership staff [that I encountered] are genuine and down-to-earth and I'd still be their tenant had I not moved out of country. Bijan Amini and Pedram Amini have provided property management services to me and my sister for over 13 years. They are knowledgeable, professional and very nice people. They selected good tenants, and service providers for maintenance. They use an automated accounting system. We always received quick responses and notifications when needed.
