I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ashley and Kimberly on two separate occasions when submitting an application to live at Quilceda Creek Apartments, and I can’t say enough good things about the management staff. Both Ashley and Kimberly are incredibly kind, professional, and consistently go above and beyond to assist. Their level of customer service surpasses what I’ve experienced at many other companies—they are truly invested in ensuring you feel informed, comfortable, and happy throughout the process.

During my visit, I had the opportunity to tour one of their three-bedroom apartments, and I was surprisingly impressed. The layout was spacious and well-designed, making it feel like a place I could truly see myself calling home. I also had the chance to meet the new property manager, who upheld the same high standard of professionalism and customer service that Ashley and Kimberly exemplify.

Although I ultimately decided not to move in due to personal reasons, my experience with the team at Quilceda Creek Apartments was outstanding. When I’m back in the market for an apartment, they will be my first choice. If you’re looking for a place with top-tier management and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend checking them out!

I lived here for 3 years, moved out in August of 2023 and I have to say, I really enjoyed my time there. We lived in the B building which is only one of two buildings that has one apartment per floor which I loved because I had kind of a front porch landing area and we were the only ones on that floor instead of having a neighbor directly next to us. The only negatives really that I have to report is the garbage always seemed to be overflowing, the parking was pretty ridiculous and even if you only have one vehicle you have to pay for a parking pass, which I think at least the first parking spot should come free with your rental but the BIG complaint and the reason for moving out was the constant rent increases. We moved in towards the tail end of covid and I understand that people were trying to recoup from what they lost during that time but in the 3 years we lived there or rent went up $600. I lived in a two bedroom which was $1,500 a month moving in and was almost $2,200a month moving out. Being on a very fixed income I hated constantly feeling anxious about having another notice on my door saying that rent was going up again. I do want to say that the apartments are really cute, more than decent square footage for the price and the management was always a real pleasure to work with, especially Kelly. The girls who work in the office there I really can't say enough positive things about, they made the whole experience of living there and moving out, which can be a stressful process, as easy on me as possible. They were very flexible even though I was moving out without being able to give them the full 30 days notice due to some things that came up and they were just great about the whole process. I actually didn't read any of the reviews on these apartments until after I moved in and when I did, I was starting to worry about what issues might arise when I did move out. I have to say though, they were fair and decent with everything as far as getting my deposit back goes. They deducted a few things which I felt were more than reasonable and I got 90% of my deposit back. They didn't even penalize me for moving out without giving the full notice and staying a couple days into the month I moved. All in all I highly recommend. OH! I can't believe I almost forgot, if you have any pets they do get fleas in their grass outside every summer and there's no avoiding it and they won't spray for it outside which was an issue for us as well because one of our dogs is highly allergic to fleas and he would get just eaten up in the summertime every year and if you have eczema I would not recommend living there because they have hard water and it made my eczema go crazy .

Hannah, Ashley and Kim have been doing a great job improving the living experience here by making numerous property improvements and being more receptive to residents' needs. They're always very kind, thoughtful, and respectful, in addition to being quick to respond, which shows that they genuinely care about us. We appreciate you!

I apartment sat for a coworker and here is what I saw while I was here for 10 days.
There is a guy who pucks up all the garbage and dog poop that gets thrown all over the place but, it isn't enough. I don't think anyone picks up dog poop except for him. The garbage is more often than not overflowing into the parking lot. The same guy that picks up the dog poop collects all the dumpsters every day during the week but, it still overflows. If you work graveyard you won't be able to sleep here during the day with all the dumpsters being dragged over each speed bump. Oh and there are dumpster divers who park in front of the dumpsters while they got through the trash.
The other thing is that there is a lot of noise here. Between the cars that have the thumping stereos in the parking lot and the surround sound systems in the apartments, I couldn't hear the TV in the room I was sitting in. And the ceiling is thinner than the walls, you can hear actual conversations. The parking lot is always active and the kids don't seem to have any parks or playgrounds near by so they play in the parking lot and scream(I mean scream). They jump in front of cars and block traffic, causing people to zoom around them and it is a dangerous situation in this parking lot.
I did get some flea bites while here and neither myself or my coworker have pets. Now my coworker says there is new management and that they are better, so that might help but, it's expensive to live here and it's just not worth it.

The community is so clean and organized, the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at the leasing office go beyond the expectations to help people out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for an apartment

I don't ever give 5 star reviews unless an establishment actually impresses me in some way. The facilities and management were stellar. Easy to contact, and bend over backwards for their tenants to proceed excellent customer service. I'll tack on a 6th star. Great place to live.

Pretty ok for the price, staff is great and work orders are fast or at least let you know they're busy but haven't forgot about you. Parking lot flooding and rent increase for the 1 bedrooms is about the only bad things I have to say about the place. Would love to have some security cameras around.
