Melissa was amazingly responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Any little bumps or quirks that came up during the buying process were quickly and smoothly handled by her. Also, fun fact—she used to be a professional snowboarder! While that’s not directly related to real estate, I think the dedication it takes to reach a professional level in any sport speaks volumes about her work ethic and determination.
