This allowed me to spot a great deal the minute it came on the market and I knew exactly how much to offer because (with Jana's help) I had been keeping track of all the sales. I have bought and sold real estate before and never felt that the real estate brokers knew much more than I did. I absolutely loved working with Tristan! He went above and beyond in helping us find a home, and made finding a home so much less stressful as we relocated from Texas. Since we weren't able to fly out and tour homes, he helped us by sending video tours and was incredibly resourceful in finding all of the details about the properties we were interested in. The house we settled on was purchased sight-unseen, but with the help of Tristan, we felt confident we'd love it. 2 months after moving in, we are absolutely in love with the home he helped us find.
