The reviews that I have seen about this mobile park are mostly old ones and the owner that has it now has been working very hard to improve it and get rid of the drug and alcohol problems and it’s much nicer and quiet now than it has been for a very long time. I also was surprised to find that nothing has been stolen from anyone I know in that area which is something you really can’t say about many places in Burney! The owners are very nice people and they have been very helpful anytime there is anything I needed help with.

Interesting how 12 of the 17 negative reviews were written by people who have never even lived there, and the others by those who were evicted or asked to leave. They have no idea how hard the managers have fought to clean up the property and rid the park of druggies, drug dealers, and thieves so that it would result in what it is today: a nice, quiet, family park.
Yes, the Word of God and the good news of the Gospel has and always will be, as it should be, shared freely and openly when it comes up in conversation, especially with those who are open to it, are seeking it, have prayer requests, etc.

"park" is full of drugs and thieves, managers do nothing to change it and sherriffs deputies are not allowed to do anything about it due to Shasta county DA policies.

The land lord and owner seems to believe that sharing the word of God is for tearing people down instead of inlightenment hope and joy.

The manager Chris is a slum lord and likes starting fights with tenants while inebriated I do not recommend this place to anyone.

It is a quiet place to stay but not always the nicest, cleanest place to stay.
