Do not live here, buy or rent a house somewhere else. Way too many people that don’t know how to take care of the community or their homes. Parking is worse than apartments. Just drive around at night and you will see. HOA is a joke and over priced, just look into it before making a commitment. Renter to homeowner ratio is way off and causes alot of problems. What I would say is the mountain looks nice from this area but it’s Washington, you can see the mountain from many locations.

This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They can not get my scheduled repairs right! Miscommunication after Miscommunication between them and contractors for warranty repairs. So far I have been told the workers were there but no one was home, but we were there all day and even had another contractor there while I recieved the call to inform me no one was home. The guy knocked on our door and said he had to wait for another guy then never showed back up. I was then told that the work to be done was all completed already? The dude never showed back up! Which story is it?!
