After charging $2800 to repair my vehicle, the bodyshop attempted to return it to me with trim work obviously hanging off. I then had to make an extra trip to the bodyshop once they acknowledged the need for this to be repaired. Also, was told the repairs would take one week. Was never provided with any updates until I called and then was told it would be completed the next day on two separate occasions. Finally got my vehicle back after 3 weeks.

I recently purchased a 2025 Chevy Traverse and the salesman made the whole process so quick and easy.
