This management company is by far the worse HOA I’ve ever dealt with. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!! Power outage that lasted over 24 hours with no care at all of the residents. The city of Colton already restored the power and the residents are waiting for LORDON MANAGEMENTS ELECTRICIAN. The city already confirmed it. The city of Colton has had power for hours !! The emergency after hours line is just a live person acting as an answering machine

Rented a home here for 4 years. Nothing good to say about this place. I was so exited when I moved in because of the clubhouse and pool and gated community. The neighbors are rude. Several convicted child molesters live here. Check megans list! The HOA treats renters horribly. They target you and tow your car every chance they get, charge you fees randomly and they take your house if you don't stay on top of the fees. (it happened to one of the neighbors while I was there) The whole thing is an extortion racket. A whole lot of sad sorry people. Also never had so much stuff stolen in my life. Moving out was a breath of fresh air.

Great place to stay at. Was here for 2 years. Yeah theres minor drama such as homeless and oan handlers...but you get that everywhere. As far as the drug usage....? Lol it was outside the walls. Staff and management are great...dont be ignorant...then you'll have a good seat in the grass field to watch a great Pixar movie in the summer time.
