The Randolph House and their tenants are the most inconsiderate people who are in Randolph. The don't let non tenants to park in their parking lot and will tow anyone that does. But yet the tenants will park in other lots that people in town need and not use their own lot . As a handicapped person my self it is hard for me and I'm sure others to walk across town just to park our vehicles where we can access them . I have emailed Stewart propertys with no response as usual
