When my partner and I decided to purchase an investment property, we haven’t the slightest clue of where to invest, let alone whom will represent us. A friend recommended Raul and thus began our journey with him.

Our priorities were primarily to find a home in a decent neighborhood and potential equity growth. Considering we were from San Francisco, we were skeptical of traveling the distance to Rancho Cordova as our first visit was a bust. We spoke to Raul about this property we found, and without hesitation, he went there the same day to the aforementioned property. Once there, he Facetimed us and thoroughly walked through the property while offering his professional insight and opinion. Thoroughly we satisfied, we put in an offer and the rest was history.

My partner and I are now proud owners of a rental property through the professionalism of Raul. If we decide to purchase another property, we now know who to call as Raul has given us the best service we can ask for in a real estate agent. Thank you Raul!
