The reviews for Bernstein realty were so poor that they renamed to r&d realty to wipe the slate clean. Even with the staff pitching in their 5 star reviews, it could get above 2 stars. Unfortunately for them, the tenants haven't forgotten. Everything from theft by management to assault by staff, this is an everything goes kind of company. You rent with them except to get victimized and traumatized for the rest of your life.

The fact that the apartments are infested with roaches is a whole different story. Roaches nestling in a pile inside the pantry; eager to crawl into bed with you at night. And considering the aggression and blatant violence perpetuated from the top down, the roaches will be the least of your worries.
