Broke my lease early because I bought a house and was told they were "working diligently to make the home rent-ready". It took them one and a half months to list the property at an exorbitant price, so two months have passed and the house is still listed. When we moved in the house had pipes leaking water, dirty carpets, and a big rat problem. A few months later the fridge, the garage door, and the washing machine broke down (and we spent more than one month without washing machine). So its clear to me they are not too concerned with tenants. I'd recommend avoiding this company or at least requesting a bargain price and monthly leases.
