Rented for just over a year with Rems.
Poorly build duplex. Zero insulation, frosted outlets in cold weather.
Water heater started leaking on memorial Day weekend. Water heater was eventually replaced after labor day.....
After a year they allowed a bunch of kids working 2nd shift to move in above me. Loud and inconsiderate every night. Parking in my parking spot, leaving deer guts rotting in the front yard etc. Neighbors would complain about the new tenants every time I saw them. Rems told me multiple times they were in breach of contract and will be out soon.
Never happened. I eventuality had to move, from lack of sleep. Most unprofessional management company out there, or at least the employees at this branch.

This company is the worst. I applied 7/2 heard back from them immediately on 7/3 asking for pay stubs. I sent them within 20 minutes, I did not hear back from them until 7/15 saying I was approved. I looked at the apartment the they told me other people were looking at it and they would make a decision early the next week. I did not hear anything Monday or Tuesday I called Wednesday afternoon, then was told I did not get it. I asked why and was told they didn't know. Everything was handled unplfessionly. If I am approved why would I not get it? I am reaching out to a lawyer because I heard from someone who works there when they got back to the office they made several comments about my weight. So pretty much discrimination. I would like to hear back from the company with some reasons.

Fill Application out. Days later i called because I haven't heard anything.they They didn't process my application yet so gave it a week then called back. There was an issue with an email witch there was a number they could of called to get the right email but didn't they didn't even reach out to me through email or phone. Ok so that is fixed they ask me if I was In a year lease I told them yes but i have been at my place for 16yr n the landlord is willing to work with me witch they never ask when the lease was up they just sent a email back saying I was denied because I don't have enough income to cover two rental. I emailed them back saying that my landlord told me I was month to month and nothing. Very I'm professional.

Had a good experience with helpful people about a year ago, but chose not to go with that apartment. I was approved for a home loan recently, but have not been able to find anything yet. So my daughter and I submitted a new app about two months ago. Credit is even better than last year and were both making more money. We weren't notified either way if we were approved, like I was told they would over the phone when I called. Even a letter would've been nice, but nothing. Waste of time.

My girlfriend leased a place from you. Never, ever, have I witnessed a management company with such a lack of professionalism. She moved in and fleas were already there. She had no pets to bring said fleas. They're charging her a $300 move out fee, for something that shouldn't be an issue if they maintained the property. They also wanna charge her an exterminator fee, along with the water bill from the previous tenant. I would give 0 stars if I could. As a landlord, I now understand why people have such a garbage view of us. These people are terrible to rent from and the fact they remain in business is astonishing to say the least.

We rent a commercial suite from REMS and highly recommend their units! Our maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner, our property manager is available via text in case of concerns, the building is maintained properly (cleanliness, security, locks, trash, mowing, etc...). Nice job REMS. Payments are made through a portal which is very convenient. We also rent a storage unit from REMS and highly recommend that service also. Thank you so much. Five stars!

They took over the management for our duplex early last year. Always responsive and quick to fix any issues we had. They even stuck their neck out for us when our AC unit broke down in the middle of the June heat wave. Cant recommend them enough.
