I first met Heather a couple years ago when my Mom was relocating to Southern Cal from Northern California. She assisted my Mom finding the perfect home for her in a retirement community in Beaumont.
Fast forward 2 years and I was ready to relocate closer to Mom. I knew Heather was familiar with the area and easy to work with. She connected me with a lender right away who was also fantastic and within a week I found the house for me. There were already 2 offers on the house. Heather worded the offer so it was appealing to the seller and they chose me (without me having to go way over asking price)
Once the offer was accepted, Heather was in my corner ensuring all inspections and repairs were completed to my liking. She was a fantastic communicator and I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Heather for making a stressful process not be stressful. I would highly recommend Heather for any realty needs. She knows her stuff and is on top of everything!
