Najlepszy Deweloper 🤩

Świetny kontakt i szybkie reagowanie na zgłaszane przez nas zapytania/wątpliwości, które są zawsze profesjonalnie weryfikowane przez współpracujących z Deweloperem specjalistów, dzięki czemu mam poczucie najwyższego poziomu obsługi i zaopiekowania klienta. Dla mnie super jest to, że Deweloper jest otwarty na wszelkie pytania i stara się sprostać oczekiwaniom przyszłych mieszkańców budowanego domu, tak żeby dom jak najlepiej spełniał nasze potrzeby i marzenia 🥰 kupiliśmy dom na nowym osiedlu Wille Powsin. Osobiście jestem zakochana zarówno w projekcie architektonicznym tych domów, jak i największej zalecie tej inwestycji, czyli lokalizacji w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie lasu Kabackiego i Parku w Powsinie, gdzie jest cisza i świeże powietrze, a jednocześnie wciąż w mieście i blisko jego atrakcji 🤩 osiedle będzie miało swoją strefę spa z sauną i basenem, co jest dużą zaletą dla ludzi lubiących aktywny styl życia oraz dla dzieci (nasze są zachwycone) 🤩. Prace na budowie idą bardzo sprawnie i zgodnie z harmonogramem, a efekty wyglądają nawet lepiej niż na wizualizacjach 🤩 mam poczucie, ze Deweloperowi naprawdę zależy żeby mieszkańscy byli zadowoleni z wyboru tej inwestycji, więc jestem spokojna i mam poczucie, ze wszystko będzie na najwyższym poziomie. W związku z powyższym, jestem bardzo szczęśliwa, ze kupiliśmy tutaj dom i już nie mogę się doczekać aż tam zamieszkamy 🥰 Polecam przyszłym sąsiadom 🤗

Nie polecam! Osiedle Cyklamenów część 1 - budowa zakończona z 7 mies. opóźnieniem, kilkakrotnie przekładany termin, informacja w ostatniej chwili o zmianach terminu oddania, deweloper nie wywiązuje się z informacji/obietnic, które przekazuje klientom. Jakość wykonania bardzo słaby standard deweloperski, naprawy usterek ciągną się w miesiącami i w większości są nieuznawane, nieprawiane, a jeśli już coś jest naprawiane to trwa to miesiącami z różnymi efektami. Bardzo trudna współpraca i kompletny brak poszanowania klienta. Niezadowolony klient. Dla uwiarygodnienia - tak wyglądaja kable internetowe polozone przez tego dewelopera, usterka oczywiście nieuznana, internet w domu nie działa.. ....
