I am a real estate agent, and we bought a property which involves complicated situation. RPM worked very diligently with me on the tenant transition. They were really responsive, usually replies back with 10 min, and very cooperative. Their lease agreement with the tenants were very detailed, much better than the standard version. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who need a property mangement company

RPM has been managing our rental for about 5 years now and they have been great. Great property managers are a rare find!! We dealt with Doji Llamas who was really awesome to work with !! He helped with a sale that involved a tenant , he was very responsive and was instrumental at helping us get through to the Close . Highly recommend!!

I am an ex tenant that recently moved out of a property in Daly city. It was a one bedroom Inlaw that I left very clean and moved out two weeks ahead of time to ensure I would receive my full deposit back. They charged me $450, with no proof of receipt, in “cleaning” fees, even though I walked the move out inspection with the inspector and he insured me that everything looked good.

Ive been calling and emailing everyday regarding this issue and they’re ignoring me.

I recommend people be very careful with their security deposit with this company. They like to scam you out of more than what you owe.
