We rented from RPM CDA for the last 2 years and had a great experience, and that's coming from a lifelong renter who has dealt with numerous property management companies. My two main contacts were Glori and Josiah.

The communication was ALWAYS clear & responsive between us. Their portal is simple and easy to use for making request/repairs and paying the rent. The added bonuses they provide are great and worthy to be mentioned. Our one repair request was met quickly and taken care of, and the pest control contractor they used was precise and thorough.

We also received our ENTIRE security deposit BACK!

We had a great home, and it will always hold a special place in my families hearts, as it was our first rental in North Idaho.

I read a handful of the reviews here and I can't speak on behalf of RPM but I feel every home situation will be different as the home owner also plays a major roll with security deposits & renewals.

From my experience, if you treat the home like you own it, pay the rent on time and return it back the way you would hope to receive it, I don't see why you would have any issues. RPM, in our experience, was rock solid and a great property management company. I am very pleased with their services.

Super friendly family team management company As a home buyer out of state and not ready to move in for 9 months my realtor suggested renting the home until ready to move in and that’s where Glori and her team came into play. Difficult to find a renter for such a short term but they did it and their process for qualifying renters to come in is stringent. Feel very confident my home will be taken care of and would also like to thank them for setting up an above ground timed sprinkler system so the back yard grass would not die

We rented from them for the last year and they responded quickly to any issues that arose. (ie: hot water heater malfunction, lock out from our automatic door locking system, as well as issues with our sprinkler system.) They were quick to schedule regular maintenance needs ie: lawncare, sprinkler blow-out, etc. They took care of our problems and needs promptly and even answered after hours when necessary.
Paying rent is easy and their team is very friendly.
Our lease ended and owner chose not to renew long term due to wanting to use the home and unfortunately we no longer rent with them, but we now contract work with them. They have been great with communicating, their work orders are concise and to the point, and we have never had any problem with them.
They have been a joy to work with and rent from!

I wouldn't rent from them. They have people drive by periodically to monitor the properties without any warning. They took over $1600 of our security deposit (which I know most places rob you of these, but their "invoice" of everything was dramatic). They exponentially raise the rent every lease renewal. Also they downplayed our house having black mold one time. And to top it off, the property was painted two different colors inside. It was not like that when we viewed it, but they were too lazy to fix their mistake I guess. Just not the best overall experience with a rental agency, but I think most experiencea are like that now.
