Worst ever!! It seems Gavin and Christina collaborated with the owner to get us out of the apt to charge more money. They sent in a remodel crew who stole all my power tools and batteries left 2’ holes between the bathroom and kitchen. Exposed walls everywhere. They coated all of our belongings and bedding in saw dust ruining most all of it. Broke my security cameras twice after repairing them. This company is apart of the scams going on. Getting people to not be able to live healthy in their rented homes so they can make more money from the little guys.

I've had my home managed by RPM Eclipse for 7 years. They always diligently take care of all the issues that come up. I'm completely hands off. The price I pay is completely fair and great value for the service they provide.

My tenants seem very satisfied too. Haven't left in these 7 years.

We have been renting a house that is managed through RPM since July-ish so I felt it was time to start a review! I will update as needed but so far everything has been great. Move in was easy to schedule, they were very responsive via text and email throughout the process, and all the initial paperwork was electronic. We had a few minor things in the house that needed repair and they were fixed in a timely manner. When I noticed our fireplace switch doesn't work I put in a work order and RPM had someone from a repair company reach out to me immediately to set up an appointment. Working with RPM so far has been such a great change from my previous landlord - would definitely recommend from the renter's side.

We hope to be in our rental house longer term but I will update this review as needed

Very reasonable/competitive property management fee percentage. Have been stress free to deal with allowing myself to be hands off with the property.

The service was exceptional. I very rarely give reviews, but my experience was so good I felt it necessary. My water heater had failed. I did an online maintenance request. In 10 minutes, I had a response. Shortly after, the plumber contacted me as was here in less than an hour. The plumber arrived and was professional. They informationed me that the water heater needs to be replaced.. During the whole process, John at RPME kept me updated and even checked up on the repair after it was done. It was a first class experience.
