The premises itself is impeccably well-kept. The landscaping is beautiful, and they take pride in maintaining the building and grounds. It makes coming home a pleasure. Beyond the excellent management and upkeep, the units themselves are truly classy. Mine is beautifully designed and has all the amenities I could possibly desire. I love the spacious balcony with the Lake Washington view. It really feels like a luxury apartment.

A great rental company who works with the owners to take care of the tenants. Antonio from maintenance helped replace our aging water heaters and garage doors which both failed in the first 30 days of us moving. Very happy about the service from Ryan, our rental contact at RPM as well.
