I will like to be able to leave a -5 but there is not that option, so if you are a home owner, or a contractor, thinking on do business with Dale and his company, please just think twice, this people are liars, I own a handyman company, did many repairs on houses for them, it’s been a year since the first job and they still own me a lot of money of all the jobs, they don’t answer my phone calls or texts anymore, if you’re a home owner they will take your money, but never pay to the maintenance people, this people are opportunists, liars, untrustworthy, unprofessionals, and thieves. I have to say people like this deserve jail. They take advantage of people who just are trying to grow up on a business….. IN RESPONSE TO DALE ARGUMENT BELOW, I don’t know if he has any proof of what’s he is stating, cause I DO HAVE PROOF, pictures of every job, approve Inspección on the shower, permits, invoices and more, do you have any of That Dale? or you just wan to lie like always.

I have had nothing but a great experience renting from this wonderful company. They have always been prompt when it comes to any of my maintenance requests, or questions! Always making sure myself and my family are comfortable and safe. I have rented from many companies and being in the business myself , I can say they are the top management company I’ve worked with. I previously had a horrible experience with a big name property management company, so I was hesitant to enter into another contract with a company. I tried managing on my own, but it was impossible. I found Real Property Management Empire, and the experience has been a breath of fresh air! The team is great. They have a really easy system to use to track the status of the house, and the team is very responsive. They've been responsive to me and the tenants. They found me qualified renter in a couple days. They are identifying things that need to be taken care of and notifying me after making all the plans. Couldn't be happier.

EDIT: After almost 6 months under the management of Real Property Management Empire, I have been very satisfied with the handling of issues that have arisen. However, a key reason for engaging a management company is get renters and have a stream of income. I have had two significant problems getting PME to send me rental payments despite the renters paying on time. My renters starting paying in April. I didn't receive my first funds until July. This was after I notified the company and followed up multiple times. I was given wrong information about when payments would be made. Once it was fixed, I thought it was a one-time thing because bugs needed to be worked out. However, it has happened again. I have followed up with the company more than 5 times to get them to send me funds. They have told me time frames I would receive them, but I still have not been paid. Their online portal provides me insight into the financials on the home, so I know the money is there. It's just a matter of getting them to send it to me. They can't manage to pay me, but they always pay themselves on time. This is not adequate service. I have given PME opportunities to improve and have let them know, in writing, that improvement is needed. However, this problem is still persisting. I hope they improve because the rest of their service is great. However, since this is a financial relationship, the timeliness of payments is a critical part of the factors to consider.

Would not recommend managing property.This company is a den of thief. The staff are nice to deal with, but they will make you false promises and never set foot on property. The company had me put an 800 deposit to handle any issues when I first signed up and now that contract is term and tenant has moved out, no word on my deposit money being refunded and it has been over a month. Plus, the company took so long to do the final check-up on my house, so I went in and did it and spoke to Dale, who was aware and said he would reimburse me and nothing. I have sent them several emails and calls. Spoke with a lady who said that I took too long to provide receipts, which all receipts were provided to them before the company did their own assessment of property. Beware you have be warned. Unless you want to be stolen from and cheated out of you hard earn money.

Real Property Management has been absolutely excellent to work with. They take care of absolutely everything from start to finish. I almost never have to think about any property issues and their communication is very good. They are also flexible and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Florida property manager!

Dale and Real Property Management Empire owe me a refund for a reservation canceled by the owner. Despite several promises, I've yet to see the refund. It's been 3 weeks. If you see properties managed by this company, RUN! It seems he's keeps other people's money for himself.

In response to your reply below, let's get some facts straight. My initial deposit was not paid "right away." No money has been paid to me in the nearly 3 weeks since our initial contact. I filed the credit card dispute because you would not return messages. Prior to you ignoring me, you promised the refund would be issued "tomorrow" then "next week." You went as far as instructing me to cancel my reservation, which was outside the cancelation deadline meaning I would lose all of my money; I assume you would then laugh all the way to the bank. Funny how you took the time to respond to my review but couldn't be bothered to respond to my emails. I wouldn't have had to dispute the charge with my credit card or even be writing this if you had done the right thing and issued my refund "right away."

My property has been managed by Dale and his team since last August . It was a terrible experience. I have been very disappointed in the communication and management of property. He found two tenants for my property, the first tenant broke the lease. The second tenant is nightmare, they didn’t pay any rent since they moved in, I asked Dale to evict them out, it took almost 6 months to get them evicted and my house was destroyed by this tenant. Dale would never answer my questions. He ignored my emails and calls, it’s very hard to reach him. I didn’t get paid for rent for 6 months and my house was destroyed, I have to pay eviction fee and repair my house, but Dale still got all listing fees and management fees for every month even the month I got my house back. I decided to not rent out my house anymore and stopped working with Dale. I asked Dale finalize my account and he charged me a $1100 fee that I have no idea what it is, I contacted him to explain it, but as always he ignored me. I rarely give someone a bad review, but Dale and his team were so terrible. I do not recommend his services

Dale and his team have been nothing short of professional throughout the rental process. He understood our interest and kept us all stress free. He answers all questions thoroughly and provides you and your family a peace of mind! Highly recommend!!!!!

We have now use Dale for over three months and he continues to provides exceptional support. All requests were handled in a timely manner. Could not be more pleased and satisfied!
